Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you can no longer find your shipping confirmation email, you can always track your order directly through our tracking page using your order number and email address.

Incorrect Address

Please carefully review your shipping address during checkout to ensure all information is correct.

Cloudnite is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you.

While carrier delays are unfortunately outside of our direct control, we will always do our best to help resolve shipping issues as quickly as possible.
