Return Policy

At Cloudnite, we understand that every child sleeps differently and that adjusting to a new pillow can sometimes take time. Our goal is to make the experience as stress-free and transparent as possible for families trying our products.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to help with a return when your request falls within our return window and has been approved by our support team.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within the applicable return period.

  • Only returns that have been approved in advance by our support team will be accepted.
  • The item must not be intentionally damaged
  • Pillowcases and accessories should be included when possible
  • Additional pillowcases and waterproof protection covers are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons

Return Instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please follow these steps to return your order:

  1. Contact our support team at support@cloudnite.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for your return address and instructions from our support team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Prepare your package securely and include all items you are returning.
  4. Download, print, and complete the official return form using the button below. Place the completed return form inside your return package before shipping.
  5. Ship the package using a reliable shipping provider with track and trace.
  6. After shipping your return, email our support team the following:
    • Tracking number
    • Photo of the return package

Please note that returns missing the required return form, tracking information, or photo confirmation may not be identifiable upon arrival and therefore cannot be accepted or processed by our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cloudnite.com.

Please include your order number along with photos of the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen during checkout and will always do our best to help when possible.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this timeframe, orders are often already being processed, packed, or prepared for shipment by our fulfillment team and can no longer be guaranteed for cancellation.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cloudnite.com with your order number.

While we will always try our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.
